About Us
Well Solidarity is driven by a single desire: to leave a mark on this world by helping as many people as possible gain access to clean drinking water.
Our actions at Well Solidarity focus primarily on well construction projects, enabling access to water for those most in need. Thanks to the generosity of our donors and the funding of well-drilling projects, we can provide drinking water to people who lack it, help them lead healthy lives, and restore their hope.
The Well Solidarity Team
The Well Solidarity team is made up entirely of dynamic young people, driven by the desire to make a positive impact on the world. Over time, our team has grown, and we aspire to become a true reference in well construction projects. Every day at Well Solidarity is a joy, using modern digital tools to do good in the world. We are deeply grateful for this opportunity.
Many projects are ongoing, including travel, collaborations with public figures and associations, and many other initiatives. Our philosophy is based on continuous improvement, learning from our mistakes, delivering the best service to our valued contributors, and constructing the best wells for our brothers and sisters in need.
We are passionate about our mission and determined to continue making a positive impact through Well Solidarity. Each team member specializes in a particular field and brings their expertise to serve Well Solidarity.
Transparency is in Our ADN
At Well Solidarity, we value transparency. To illustrate this, here’s how the funds you donate are allocated, using the example of building a well:
- 56% is used to purchase materials from local suppliers, cover bank fees, and money transfer costs necessary to safely send funds internationally.
- 17% is allocated to our awareness campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, etc., to reach as many people as possible and increase the impact of our projects.
- 13% pays the local workers who construct the wells on-site.
- 8% compensates our French team, responsible for project coordination, follow-up, and client relations.
- 6% is set aside as savings to finance development, improve our actions, and cover field expenses (airfare, accommodation, logistics) essential for the successful completion of our missions.
